Starlit Oceans of Distant Lands - Florence Yuk-ki Lee Solo Exhibition
Presented by MoCA TaipeiOn view in this exhibition are the following three experimental animations, Elephant in Castle, Park Voyage , and You build a home in my mind , created by media artist and experimental animation filmmaker Florence Yuk-ki Lee between 2019 and 2023. Through subtle observations, the works capture the things and occurrences in the city of Hong Kong, creating delicate abstract narratives composed of hand-drawn frames, as the artist uses her unique visual language to respond to the city’s social changes.
